In the finale round of Mr, Mrs and Miss Nashik organized by Miraj Planners, Amol Kshatriya and Mughda Saoji were declared Mr and Mrs Nashik 2013 respectively while Pooja Pandey was awarded Miss Nashik 2013. The star studded event held at Dadasaheb Gaikwad Sabagruh on 27th September received an overwhelming response. Raveena Tandon and Rehaan Mallik were the chief guests for the evening and the event was also attended by dignitaries from fashion and entertainment industry of Nashik. Anjum Khan is the owner and director of Miraj Planners and the Creative & Management team of this event consisted of Nitin Aher, Palache ( Palash ) Harak and Arjun Khanpate.

For her outstanding performance in Commonwealth Games and Asian Games, Kavita Raut from Sawarpada village in Nasik district was awarded with one of the most prestigious sports awards in the country, the Arjuna Award by the hand of Honorable President of India Mr. Pranav Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhawan.
Shortly after one of the most prestigious sports awards in the country, the Arjuna Award has been given to the ace, long-distance runner Kavita Raut from Sawarpada village in Nashik district for her outstanding show in the Commonwealth and the Asiad Games, eight nominations has been filled from Nasik for another prestigious award at state level.

Kirloskar Vasundhara International Film Festival was held in Nasik between 9th to 12th August. Main purpose behind this festival is to inspire the young generation make aware with environment issues through audio-visual shows.
It was a last episode of the Nasik’s biggest ever art exhibition titled ‘ArtFest 2012’ and internationally awarded artist Anil Abhange done the magic with his brushes and colors. He drew a life-like portrait of Chanchal Jain of RK Enterprises and won the hearts of art lovers who witnessed the live painting demo during closing ceremony of ArtFest.
