Nashik Festival 2012 organized a Fusion on January 11, at Gandhi Talav, with the celebrated music composer and playback singer Shankar Mahadevan along with famous classical and pop musicians

Loksangeet, the Maharashtrian folk songs event was organized on January 10, with five famous Marathi singers including Nandesh Umap, Adarsh Shinde, Prasenjit Kosambi, Urmila Dhangar and Zee Marathi Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs' famed Kartiki Gaikwad.

Nashik Run Charitable Trust (NRCT) successfully organized its 10th Nashik Run on Sunday, January 8, 2012 and completed a decade of social cause. More than 15000 Nasikites join their hands and ran for this noble cause, showing their passion for fitness and charity, on a freezing Sunday morning.

Mahatma Nagar Cricket Ground was filled up by people wearing blue t-shirts with Nashik Run 2012 imprinted on them. At the start of the event, Salil Raje put forth the idea behind organizing Nashik Run and appreciated the support from Nashikkars for this initiative.

Nasik is all set for one of the city's biggest events, the Nasik Festival 2012. Scheduled from 2nd January 2012 to 15th January 2012, the festival enters into its third year with lots of excitement among the Nasikites. Like every year, this time too the 14-day grand event is lined up with great programs like cultural events, sports, handicraft fairs, devotional singing competitions, food festivals and many more.

The 10th year celebration of Nashik Run will be taking place on 8th January 2012 at the Mahatmanagar Ground of Nasik. Participants from all over India are welcomed by the Nashik Run Charitable Trust (NRCT) for joining the run.
