Dr. M S Gosavi addressed the students and teachers at a state level conference on Research at Gohkale Educations Society's (GES) Chandak-Bytco College, Nasik Road. Research is an integral part of education, students and society should see professors as their idols and therefore more and more teachers should carry research intensely, said Gosavi.

Gosavi is the secretary of GES and he was sharing his views during the conference. He further said that it is important to participate in such conferences, seminars and present research papers, study literature to develop active headship and learn art and techniques of teaching. Statistics researcher Dr. A B Rao from Pune, Head of Department of English Dr. Shobha Shinde from North Maharashtra University, Chartered Accountant Mukund Kokil, coordinator Dr. Anjali Gautam and principal Dr. Ram Kulkarni shared the dais.

This conference will help teachers and post-graduate students to enhance their subject knowledge and development, said Dr. Anjali Gautam. Economist Dr. Vinayak Govilkar, Chairman of GES Dr. S B Pandit and regional secretary B Devraj also guided addressees in afternoon session. Many scholars attended the conference and presented their research papers. Suvarna Gangale from Pune, J R Magare, V P Labhade, Dr. Satish Mahajan, Dr. Kavita Salunke, Professor Surekha Kulkarni, Professor Manesh Pawar, Nalina Padmanabhan, Sadgurunath Gaikwad, Dr. Chitra Mhalas, Dr. Indira Athawale, Dr. Bhushan Kardile, Professor, S P Uplekar, Suvarna Battase and Dayaram Pawar were amongst those scholars. Vice Principal Dr. Dilip Belgaonkar concluded the conference with the vote of thanks.
